This compact isolation layer blocks external heat penetration into the internal matrix. It also prevents combustible cracking gas from escaping and separates oxygen from contact with base materials, further terminating combustion.
In addition, this material delivers outstanding smoke suppression capacity. The magnesium oxide layer can adsorb soot particles created by incomplete polymer combustion, effectively lowering smoke density. Compared with traditional halogen flame retardants, it achieves low-smoke and non-toxic combustion characteristics.
