Zeolite is natural crystalline aluminosilicate mineral with unique regular cage-like microporous channel structure. Main chemical composition consists of SiO₂, Al₂O₃ and alkaline earth metal oxides. Raw zeolite ore goes through crushing, washing, screening and drying to produce granular and powdery products of different particle sizes. High-quality finished material owns high cation exchange capacity, low impurity and stable adsorption effect. In wastewater treatment, it removes ammonia nitrogen, heavy metal ions and organic pollutants, serving as biological filter medium for sewage biochemical pool. In breeding industry, feed-grade zeolite absorbs moisture and peculiar smell in animal intestines, adsorbs harmful toxins, supplements trace minerals to improve feed utilization and reduce diarrhea rate of livestock and poultry. In construction field, it is blended into cement and concrete to enhance permeability resistance and self-drying property of finished products; meanwhile applied as filler for interior coating to regulate indoor humidity and adsorb harmful gas.
